When schools began shutting down in March to curb the spread of the virus, educators had less than two weeks to convert in-person, interactive curricula into completely virtual, contactless classrooms. Accomplishing this seamlessly was challenging for medical and allied health profession schools, like EMS programs, where patient contact and practicing skills on classmates is an essential component of the training.
